The vision inspection unit is designed with ease of use and flexibility as key principles. Thanks to its smart design, a single unit can easily inspect a wide range of bucket sizes and shapes. This makes the system particularly well-suited for production environments with diverse product variants.
A practical advantage of this unit is the independently adjustable infeed and outfeed height. This allows seamless integration between various machines within an existing production line, without requiring major modifications.
The unit operates on a cycle time of just 3 seconds per product, enabling inspection of up to 1,200 buckets per hour. The vision inspection system features two cameras for inspecting both the interior and exterior of each bucket.
