4-Mation BV proudly presents its latest innovation: the IML Robot. Our brand-new modular machine is specifically developed to seamlessly integrate multiple processes into one system. The IML Robot combines part removal from the mould with handle insertion, handle flattening, vision control, and stacking of buckets.
The IML Robot is developed with a focus on user-friendliness and maximum flexibility. Like all our machines, this system makes smart use of servo technology. This gives the machine the flexibility for quick and easy conversion to other product types.
Our IML Robot is built for speed and efficiency. Thanks to its lightning-fast movements and intelligent control, the machine achieves high production output in a short time, while the smart design ensures low energy consumption. The result: more products, lower costs. With our IML Robot, you choose maximum productivity and sustainable cost savings.
what can we offer you with the IML Robot?
- A fast product change without tool thanks to snap-on techniques
- A machine that can consist of multiple “parts”, with the following dimensions: Take-out arm (1600x2715x2600 mm) & Stacking unit (1400x2080x2420 mm) & Label magazine (1070x1260x1110 mm)
- An option to also fit handles that are molded in the same mold as the buckets
- An option to bend and fit steel handles
- A stacking height of 1000mm
- A touchscreen control with extensive settings via a user-friendly interface.
- A machine equipped with door sensors, light curtains, and protective covers for optimal safety.
- A machine that is fully FDA-compliant and suitable for applications in the food industry.
